@suzses Loved the island pictures and the catch-up with their story. @BreeMiles Congratulations! That's amazing @Mystik1978 You caught the moment! I reckon the turtle is Lainey's missing years turned into an animal. I mean, think about how turtles and tortoises look. They're born looking like old age personified.
Just wanted to let you know in case you may be interested that I've picked up your 'Not Quite A Runaway Success - A Renovacy Challenge' and my version of the story's continuation can be found here: https://simtasticadventures.home.blog/stories/
... as I played, took screenshots and wrote for days and nights on end I'm afraid there are a total of 5 pages to wade through ...
Absolutely LOVE All Hallows, Clara and Adelaide ... and I although I'm a builder and not a storyteller the background scenario is such a hilarious satire that the story just started to run away on it's own ... even though I only wanted to take a quick look at the build ...
@Hidehi Oooo colour me interestedly intrigued Thank you for caving into your worst instincts and choosing Clara and Adelaide as your first story. It shows a massive lack of judgement and good taste on your part I'm touched
5 pages you say? Let me just draw up a busy schedule so I can clear it immediately
Post Story Perusal: Love the redo, never imagined All Hallows could look so welcomingly colourful and also cosy yet elegant And I can't believe it's your first story with so many surprises, special effects and dubiously moraled fancy men! They're living the dream
You've made me very happy and I have your page bookmarked just in case you get the urge to make me choke on my popcorn again
I'll have the bucket of popcorn ready for next time !!!
Though you may have to wait a while ... I'll need to follow my better judgement first and add ciane's awesome builds and households to my Asian world and spend my gaming time exploring my fabulous gifts in detail.
@Hidehi Loved the start of your story - but I could only find the first page There I was, nicely getting hooked - and suddenly I was left dangling in the air. What's the crucial bit I've missed (apart from the rest of the story, of course...)? There's probably a link button I just haven't seen...my techno-capabilities just seem to be eroding on a daily basis
Would you like to add it to the renovacy thread - there's always room for more good stories in everyone's life!

I didn't realize there was more at first, silly me!, until I returned to this thread to leave my compliment.
Below the Like button, there is a boxed number 1 ... move your mouse cursor to the right of that and you will see additional page numbers.
Have fun reading!
@ADWilson Thank you so much Addy for reading the story and leaving your 'likes' ... I did have an alternative ending but I think this one suits the main character much better x
Ooops ... I've just realised that you have given SamelaRita the explanation how to get to the other pages already, thank you! x
Thank you very much for starting to read the story
I am not that familiar with WordPress myself yet and have lots to learn , but if you go to the very bottom of the page underneath the like button there is a No1 when you hover your mouse next to it the other page numbers appear.
So please accept my sincere apologies for leaving you dangling and have fun catching up x
@Hidehi -
That was awesome. I loved. Perfect ending to a great story too!
I'd been looking for stories to read and the pop corn was just the lure I needed. Thank you. @AlphaFen or you will just have to make some more pop corn. I seem to have finished the bowl.
@Hidehi Yes, the ending totally had me going as well. Neat! And somehow, I can't help feeling it's quite AlphaFen as well...or am I being totally unfair to you, @AlphaFen ? Thanks to you and to @ADWilson for the how-to-read-it clues (I don't feel too bad: it was a very small box!)
Thank you for always leaving very encouraging comments my dear @LMC6255. ... you should try one of the renovacies ... it's a lot of fun and you have proven that you can spin an interesting yarn with the Albertson family. x
@Hidehi You are very welcome! I have thought about doing a renovacy story sometime time later this year.. I have ideas it's just getting organized that is hard for me.. I look forward to seeing your new world!
I'm not sure I did the story justice, but it is finished now. http://cianesims.home.blog/story/kirk/
I will, of course, enjoy reading any other versions that some one might be inspired to write.
