CC not showing as CC in the Gallery ?

I have noticed that for a while. Some people post build or rooms which obviously have cc (sometimes the links to this cc are even in the description) yet the cc icon doesn't appear. How come ?
I have nothing against cc, I use it myself, not in the build I post on the Gallery though because no one sees them.
