Difficulties With Hair, Make Up and Costumes Tasks in Get Famous?

My Sims have a hard time accomplishing getting to make up and hair. Even though my Sim has already done make up and hair by the make up and hairstylist several times already at least 3 times but the goal seems not checking it out and its wasting a lot of time so she moved on to another task to accomplish and also same happened with wearing the costume only after my Sim moved to another few tasks to complete (eg. rehearsing in mirror or with co-actor, take notes with director) that the tasks of the make up, hair and costume seems to check it out and complete the tasks. Have you experience those difficulties with your Sims? What does it cause it and how will we resolve this?
