What is going on with Mod The Sims site?

Is that location messed up or is there something going on? The reason I'm asking is that it is not accepting my log in information, can't contact them by e-mail to ask what's up, and when I attempt to create a new account, it won't accept my security question answers, like which is a certain expansion pack. Now my computer id has been blocked to the site.
