The retreat is all about the perfume of flowers and the pretty ocean views. The highlight is the heart shaped deck surrounded by a water basin. A huge tree with lanterns gives shadow by day and soft romantic light by night. The house has a fireplace, Airconditioning and a whirlpool. Please use MOO on when placing.

Romantic Retreat is very pretty! The pink, red and white colour scheme is very nice! Very pretty flowers in the front garden.The hearts are a nice touch on the front wall. Very nice outdoors dining patio! Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the bbq and eating them in the outdoors air at the table. Very pretty heart shaped hot tub deck ! It is nice that water surrounds it. Sims will enjoy resting in the hot tub and sitting on the seats under the pretty lantern tree! Very nice furnishing of the interior! The open layout of the living areas is very nice. The red bookcases look nice placed either sides of the red fireplace and the flowers are pretty on the fireplace ledge. Sims will enjoy sitting resting on the red sofa watching tv or reading a book. Very nice windows dining area for Sims to enjoy the sunshine or moonlight coming in onto them. Very nice kitchen nook. It looks nice the way the patterned tiling separated off the nook. The white flowers are very pretty on the red floor rug! Very pretty bedroom! The flowers look very pretty on the bedside tables, and on the dresser. The bedhead wall picture adds a nice touch to the room. The heart pattern floor rug in the bathroom is very nice!
It is a very pretty home!

Both Starters are very nice! The exterior design of them both are very nice!
The red and white colour scheme of the exterior of Scandinavian starter is very nice. The Wintery pictures are pretty! Very nice layout of the interior. Sims will enjoy the sunlight coming in through the windows whilst dining at the windows dining table or resting on the sofa watching tv, and also have nice outdoors views. The kitchen wall patterning is very nice!
The curved roofing on Tragic Clowns starter is very nice! The exterior brick wall texture gives a great look to the home. Very nice mosaic floor tiling in the kitchen area! It is very nice that there are two levels in the starter. The bed looks nice the way it is angled into the corner nook in the bedroom,and the panda lamp is a nice touch behind it. The flower plants in the corner nook are very nice. The confetti wall print is very pretty! Very nice wall patten tiling in the bathroom.
They are very nice starter homes!

Gardener’s Delight is a very nice starter home! Very nice natural wooden texture of the walls and the flower box windows are pretty! The sloped roofing is great! Very nice fenced harvestable garden areas in the front area of the build! Sims will enjoy growing and harvesting plants and trees there. It is great that there is also a bee hive there. Very nice layout and furnishing of the interior! The brown patterned wallpaper is very nice, The green Springtime mural is very nice on the living area wall for Sims to see as they rest on the sofa and watch tv ot read a book with sunshine coming in through the windows, The leafy wall picture and flowers on the bedside table are pretty and restful for Sims to see when waking in the mornings.
It is a very nice natural home !

Xenia's Hideaway


Tucked away between rocks and a hard place, under the bridge in a place known as Dachshund Creek there is a safehouse only few are aware of. It has double walls, security camera, a walled off entrance room with one-way-mirror. In the basement there is a lab for the resident sim to create potions and examine probes of the environment, as well as listen to planted bugs. All that your Sim may feel a little safer away from the "jungle out there". Unfortunately due to the near creek the lab doesn't stay clean very long.

Very nice design and layout of April Fool’s Starter! The domes glass roofing is very nice! The trees on the ground level are very nice, and great basement level living areas! Very nice green colour scheme. The bed area is very nice! Very pretty green curtains on the bedhead wall and the flowers are very nice for Sims to see when waking. The lava lamp is nice! Very nice patterned flooring in the bathroom.
It is a very nice starter

Strangerville: Linné Plant Conservatory is very nice! Very nice glass windows and dome glass roofing! Very nice kids play area with the monkey bars , sand pit and pretty string lights! tVery nice furnishing of the interior! The plants are very nice on display on the room edges and in the corner nooks. Very nice seat bench sitting area where Sims can rest in the peaceful setting.The glass display cases are great there for Sims to look at the collectibles on display, Sims will enjoy play playing chess there.
