Yeah, the Adidas Superstar shoes were created for Sims 3 by Semller. It was my idea. He had thought of them but didn't know what they were called, so I just had to mention them and a few days later he had made them for A/YA/T. Semller stopped making new CC for Sims a couple of years ago, but said it was ok to convert his stuff as long as he was credited. A friend converted them for children in December 2017, but they had this seam problem so they weren't shared.

My friend is a member here, @EiraRose . She deserves credit for the conversion.

Semller made them for Sims 3. I think it was Lumy-Sims who converted them for Sims 4.

@rubyskywalker Well, I definitely made Big Bird smaller, but I'm not sure about the looks better part. I'll let you decide before I do the others.

honestly, maybe I'm just being hard on myself but I feel like mine is just a different kind of bad.

Anyway, I scaled him down, added a subsurface modifier to smooth him out a bit, and changed the shape of his beak a bit...since I think Big Bird has a pretty long beak compared to the one they had on him.

Here's a size comparison in Milkshape. Original is the titan in the back, mine is the baby in the front.


So, yeah, let me know if you like him and I'll upload him and work on the others.

@Emily4331 So I found these lovely lady Christmas boots and #1 they aren't available for Outerwear which I'd love if they could be and #2 they look awful in game.
(Compared to the picture on the download site...)

@emorrill How do they look in Live mode? I don't know what causes it but there's a lot of cc out there that comes with little visual glitches in CAS. Usually in game they are fine though. The boots are cute

@coco ^Goodness I didn't think to check them in LIVE mode because that's SO true with some CC. I forgot about that! Thank you for reminding me.

@emorrill @coco The lighting in CAS is really weird and sometimes just doesn't get along with the geography of the mesh, so the shadows appear wonky as heck. But, yes, if something looks weird in CAS it's always worth checking it out in live mode. Glad it's looking good.

@Emily4331 Little slivers of her leg seem to be coming out from the back of the boot, can you see? I dunno if you could fix that tiny detail along with making it available for Outerwear?
If not, I could do what @bekkasan said and just have her wear red socks underneath.

@Emily4331 , are you able to gender convert shoes please? I have a beautiful pair of flats but they're for males only, and I'd like them for female sims.
If it were just a matter of enabling them for females in s3pe I could do it, but I haven't ever done bone assignments or whatever that I think you need for a gender conversion.
