WCIF this converted seasons jacket

So I reinstalled my Sims 3 from scratch recently and decided to start again with a bunch of my CC but now I can't find this one jacket I'd really like to get back. It's a child to toddler conversion of a jacket that came with seasons (pictured). Does anyone happen to know where I can find it (I've Googled around a bit and tried looking on Tumblr but I find Tumblr hard to search for specific items)?
