Seriously, I am in love with this song, but it's not released on any service I know of.
Is there any way of getting a hold of this song or is EA / Maxist keeping the rights to it and not releasing it for now?

Do you mean the English Version? Sadly its not published. So the only way to listen to it is in the trailer.

As for the Simlish version, if
EA/Maxis did a compilation soundtrack(like the one you get when you have Origin deluxe)then that is the only way I think you can avail it sadly.

To date, I haven't seen it on any download service. But I love it as well, and wouldn't mind having it to download. Maybe it's something to directly ask one of the Gurus about on Twitter or something?
