Sims 4 to 3 pets clothing conversion

Hey guys, I've been looking for those for so long and I still can't find conversions for sims 4 to 3 pets clothing. Does anyone knows where to find it?!
I'm addicted to them! (my poor pets suffer)
Plus, I would be delighted if you guys could post here your favorite sims 3 cc.
I'm going to buy a new pc so I can go back to playing and I'm really into sims 3. Since I've been years without playing, most of the creations I love are not around anymore.
It can be anything, from patterns to furniture and sims textures!
Feel free to post your creations as well, for sure I'll want to try them out.
*I do like sims 4, but... sims 3 is definitely a winner*
