Making friends at work?

Hey guys!

one feature i really miss in the sims 4 is the ability to build friendships with collegues while at work or with classmates while at school.
I know right now there's an option that lets you meet new people, but the friendship bar doesn't go up with any of them.

Is there a mod that actually makes the friendship bar go up as well? It makes sense to me to build strong bonds with collegues since you spend a lot of time with them.

Mod description: The relationship with classmates and colleagues increases more at work. Socializing with coworkers and classmates will result in a higher relationship boost with this mod.
