ENTRY DETAILS: With the backstory being sims wanting to leave big corp and start their own village, I made most of the buildings that they would have built first mostly out of wood and bricks (so their homes and their church). After settling in, they wanted to attract more people so they build the commercial buildings. With this, they took aesthetic of what they knew from their old life, which they figured would attract more people since its not hopping in cold turkey, and blended it with the aesthetic of their new life so that it matches the village.
CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM: Yes! This took forever because building isn't me strong suit.

@Elleysims Your village looks great! I like that you made use of the new terrain tools. I have built a few of the required houses. It is not easy! I keep tearing them down! Anyways, love yours and the backstory.
