HQ Mod anyone have the replacer files for the base game and ?

I have been ripping my hair out now for two days trying to set up a full blown HQ set up. As it turns out, Alf-si has abandoned his/her/it's page and the replacers for the base game and expacs, etc, are all outdated files or just plain corrupted.

So does anyone have these files, updated, or know where they can be obtained?
