Not able to resurrect sim! Weird bug (resolved with the Jan. 2019 update)

So I have a sim died and rejoined the household as a ghost. I have been trying to resurrect her. I tried 2 times the wishing well: one time the game said my sim was successfully resurrected, it even gave her a moodlet from becoming alive again, but she was still in the form of a ghost; the second time, the well gave her two death flowers, so I made her husband cook ambrosia, she ate it, still a ghost.
I tried ambrosia 2 more times, failed miserably.
Yesterday, she was pregnant, and when she woke up the next morning, she was in her human form, but "walked" like a ghost! I was able to capture this:
And today, when I start the game, she is back to being a ghost again, lol!
Is this a bug from the PC version??
