So.. I don't really know what happened here. I aged up this sim from child to teen, and at first he was fine. Then after maybe 10 min, this is how he looks....

I am sorry that this occurred in your game, This can sometimes occur if children are aged when attending a club gathering.
Travelling to another lot and back can often fix the issue.

Haha, you think it's funny, huh? As creepy as he is, just standing there, you should see him interact with others

Anyway, I ended up restarting the save without saving. Now he's ok
