CAS Backgrounds constantly pixelated ?

So no matter what CAS background I try to use, it just looks pixelated and all around bad 
. I do have the blob remover installed, my graphics are set to high, and I’ve played with all different graphics settings I can think of. Please tell me someone has a solution, it’s driving me insane lol.
