@shanls96 There isn't any software that does this well, as far as I know. Mod Conflict Detector can help identify at least some, but you do still have to do some work yourself to weed out all the false-positives and what-not.
Sorry must be my mistake, is there not a software that allows you to see a sim and when you click on files it shows either the sim wearing the CC you downloaded or it shows that its broken?

Oh, that one! Sims 4 Studio is the one you are thinking of. I use that one all the time. It doesn't really "find bad cc" though, it just helps YOU find it. I thought you meant a automatic one!
It also lets you edit and make changes to CC, which is why I use it all the time. I like to recategorize CC to suit what categories I think they belong in. Plus, some cc doesn't properly tag swatches with the right colors and whatnot, so I fix that too.
