Everyone knows that Watchurism is the way to go. Here's everything you need to know about this religion:

- Watchurians worship The Watcher, otherwise known as "The Creator" or "The Sage Simmer in The Sky."
- The Watcher is referred to as a "she" and is represented by a formless, swirling statue, as nobody knows her true form.

- It's good luck to leave offerings of plants, food, and mirrors beneath The Watcher statue.
- There are people known as The Chosen because they've been chosen by The Watcher to hear and see things that others don't. You can sometimes find them talking into the mirrors in the temple. Some people view them as erratic, but Watchurians view them as chosen.
- Watchurians like fire. A lot.

- The fire symbolizes the warmth The Watcher feels in her heart toward sims, and they for her. Fire can also be dangerous if not approached with respect.
- If you catch on fire while praising The Watcher and are not burned by it, then it is said that you have been kissed by The Watcher.

- The proper attire to wear to the temple is party clothes to signify the joy in The Watcher's heart.
- Once per season, there's a holiday called "Harmony Day" where Watchurians go to temple. On this day, it's traditional to wear purple, sing or listen to songs in praise of The Watcher, be thankful, appreciate objects, light candles, and, of course, interact with fire.

- The purple eye ring is worn by many Watchurians on Harmony Day to symbolize that The Watcher is watching.
- Cats are important to Watchurians because everyone knows they are divine (especially the cats). If one desires something, one must go to the Hall of Cats and pray. Each cat statue represents something different.

- The Songbirds are the group of women, teen to adult, who look after the temple and sing songs to the congregation. Men cannot be Songbirds because only women can be trusted enough with this important position.

!!!WARNING!!!

There is another group who follow a so-called religion known as Gnomianity. It's easy to spot a Gnomian if you go to their home because they will only display the pictures that have been "blessed" by gnomes. Since this is not the dominant religion, these people usually have small churches or meet in their homes. They always wear hats to their meetings, sometimes pointy ones. They do not deny the existence of The Watcher, but they say that this entity is not benevolent and only uses sims for its own amusement. They also view Watchurism as sexist; since nobody knows the true form of The Watcher, they reason, then it's not right to refer to it as "female." They say that because gnomes are more tangible and helpful, that sims should put their faith in them. This organization is a cult -- do not join it. Watchurism is the one true religion.

Praise be to The Watcher.
