thank you! but no it's not, i built it specifically for one of my legacy family's spares. the inside isn't that great, i just love the back yard haha.
it was mostly an experiment to see if i could build without an exact blueprint. ultimately i'm pleased with the outside but i'm still clueless on room placement.
The backyard is fabulous!! A totally great space for entertaining sims! I stink at making rooms make sense in a build too, lol. You did a fantastic job on it, kudos!

And indeed, a LOT of ghosts show up when I visit a public lot.
I wish I could disable them visiting. Removing them is an option, but I don't want to break the family trees.

@DanmanNefarius I just got an awesome tip from @Kita5399 about a mod by LittleMsSam which allows you to release all spirits in your world at once. Which I did! \o/ Now there are only a few ghosts left and I should no longer be plagued with Katrina's terrible violin skills. ๐คฃ
