Just finishing up my new "Museum" I built a Cathedral, and I'm pretty proud of how it turned out. Took 3 months to build. Just finishing adding some columns and then It will be complete... I wish we could build higher than 4 Floors, above ground level. I managed to make it 5 by adding that open room on the bell towers.

My couple's first kid, Alf, had maxed all his Child abilities, so it was time to age him up - my first raised-from-birth Teen! This was grabbed in CAS when I was changing his hair and clothes. He mostly resembles Avery, but I can see some of Riley in him, too. Happy Birthday, Alfie!
The last screenshot I took last night was after the first major expansion renovation to my R2R Sim, Fara Kala'i's little Island hut. Very much a WIP, no landscaping since she ran out of simoleons, but it's a start. The enlarged glass tile covered, I guess you'd call it a cabana, was added to shelter her plants in the rapidly approaching Fall. Looking at it more closely, I think I'll remove the awnings from it. That area needs MORE sun, not less. lol
I'm proud of her, she's earned simoleons by only fishing, collecting shells/trash, confronting anti-environmentalists, digging and a little gardening. Not much from the gardening, she's mostly been eating the produce to survive and for bait. However, she did 'catch' a Bird of Paradise seed in a fish trap, which was fortunate. I've limited her to only one plant of each kind of seed she's acquired so she doesn't get rich TOO fast.
A Child of the Islands, Fara has the Beach Life aspiration so she's very laid-back, taking her time and enjoying life as she works to bring back Mua Pel'Am to pristine condition. Perhaps now at least she can finally throw a Kava Party and move on with her aspiration. Cross your fingers she gets gold! I've read it's been tough to do for some Simmers. Anyway, I'm absolutely LOVING this pack and can see myself playing in this world exclusively for a long, long time!
