LOL, yes, yes I did. I edited every single non-residential lot, including rentals and dorms, in every world before I started actually playing any Sims in this game when i started it over Christmas. No OG non-residential lots exist in my game any longer.

I admire your tenacity. That's not an easy or quick thing to do. I don't think I possess the patience for such an undertaking, I'm very eager to play the game. Now and again I get the urge to build, so I'll take a slight break. I did so yesterday and not entirely satisfied with Erik's new digs, I'm building another lot. We'll see if I like this one better. But building has a way of soothing my mood. Yesterday, I was in a mood.

I don't really have the patience for it either, but I played my last save for 6 years so for me a few days of lot renovations to make the next 6 years more enjoyable seems a good payoff. I also only do a few of the builds myself and rely on the gallery for a lot of the stuff. There's so many wonderful lots available on the gallery and you wouldn't be able to use them all even if you had 100 lifetimes.

In this case, the dorm in question is a Darkwing House reno by Stoffelsim with just a handful of edits by myself.

I had problems when I changed out the original lot for Dark Wing. My Sims would be late for class, if they went at all. It was, for me, a nightmare. But as it turned out, you can't have a pregnant Sim in Uni, unless it happens in the last Term. So, there was no need for my seven Sims to live outside of a dorm. I rolled back a save and made a few 'changes' to Wyvern Hall to allow my young married couple to co-habitate more effectively IE I gave them a 'private' room with a double bed. When they wanted to be along, I simply had them lock the door.

I hear you in regard to taking that break. I have played my Cantrell family for most of Sims4 release. I am not happy with the new build, which is why I decided to pour through the Designer magazine for a floorplan more pleasing to me and one I could massage into the size home I needed for Erik's ever-growing family.

ETA: So far grandma Elizabeth's freckles made it into the new generation. All six of her children have/had them, and her oldest granddaughters do.

Aw, Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) used to sing to the birds like that. That was my all-time favorite Disney Princess movie. I was six years old when it came out. I remember sitting in the movie theater watching it. I was enchanted.

Blinked and one of the daughters just aged up to teen. I got frustrated with the hairstyles and clothes looking too grown-up. Decided to send her to school in this as an everyday outfit.
