Been a while since I played TS4, but I started up playing again yesterday because I got Island Paradise for my birthday. Been playing around with mermaids and everything, and my mermaid invited Nalani to move in with her.
Evidently, Nalani doesn't realize that.. just because it's raining doesn't mean she needs an umbrella when she swims...

@kusurusu This reminds me of a scene from "Runaway Bride" when it was pointed out to her she didn't even know what kind of eggs she liked. So she cooked up eggs in many different ways, to help her decide just how she likes them. LOL

@ArcherDK Once my Sims have fulfilled the appeasement portion of the holiday, I generally sell the little mischief-makers in buy mode. LOL They hang around far too long. It's like they've moved in.

Instead of deleting the entire holiday, were you aware you could edit it? Check out the icon of a pencil near the icon of the trashcan. I would simply remove that as a criteria for the holiday to be fully enjoyed. Voila. Or make your own holiday. I change Winterfest to Christmas. I call what appears to be Fourth of July (which is strictly an American Holiday) to Liberty Day and I don't know the name of the holiday for Hunting Eggs, but I call it by the name of Pascha (PAW-skah rhymes with the a in pasta). Which is the name my Church gives that high Holy Day.
@HopeyStarr I find it amusing when the spray bottle jams. My Sims keep giving it an evil look, but continue to try to get the highchair tray clean. Too funny.
Camryn Cole and her neighbor Marcus Willett. I started my original save over after a mishap with a default eye replacement swap turned all my sims' eyes brown. I swapped genders of Cameron Cole and his wife Marcella Willett and they're now Camryn and Marcus. They're growing up as childhood sweethearts. Yes, both are also redheads, but I love my redheaded babies! Camryn has a baby sister named Aria and Marcus's parents are expect a daughter as well.

i'll let you guys try to guess how old this piece of trash random generated vermin is -.- sorry for my somewhat… unfriendly attitude towards this thing but i am already known for my dislike of this kind of random generated sims, and i have a true hatred for paparazzi, both in real life and in the games (i hate them in ts 3 as well). i am really baffled they are even allowed to harrass people like they do. if i would stalk someone like they do i'd be thrown in jail >.<
i get it the game needs NPC's (even tho the game uses premades for bartenders, bouncers and stall vendors anyways -.-) but why do 90% of all randoms have to look utterly stupid, out of place and almost Always the freaking same??? for all those who dare to claim they add diversity -.- they are less diverse than the residents of just Willow Creek alone!! they Always are obese females, pearshaped males or outright scary elders who would frighten even parents to the point where the Indominus Rex frowns it's eyebrow

ugh they do? haven't done dorm living anymore since the first time i did it...got tired of being surrounded by lame randoms all day. i prefer my personal home lot to be forbidden for random generated vermin and especially paparazzi.... ever since GF and thus uninvited guests running into my home i began to enjoy the violence mod XD my homelot literally has the rule "trespassers will be shot"
