Help these animations wont work!

Hey there! Alright so I'm trying to play these animations however it seems like they aren't properly separated and therefore cause this weird stretched out cat. Anyone know how to fix it? I'm using the NRAAS animator to help play these however it also happens when using the movie maker cheats.)
