My Life-Style Brand In Get Famous Isn't Working!!!!! HELP

So in the Get Famous pack you can start a life-style brand and I tried to start one but it didn't work. I even tried multiple times but it isn't working. Please help, if anyone has any idea.

From what I’ve heard, that particular feature seems to be broken. I’m not too sure if the latest patch has fixed it, but I have heard of it.

Lifestyle Brand is a Fame perk that your sim can choose to get. This is what Cari wrote about it on his Sims 4 site

Allows your Sim to launch a brand, granting income daily. Must be maintained, but gives residual cash. Your Sim can then Enthuse about Brand to other Sims. Sims may discuss your brand.
