A Bit Of Sympathy :)

Hi all, I'm off to hospital tomorrow to get toe surgery. I know its a small op, but I'm feeling a touch sorry for myself.
I have osteoarthritis in my big toe joint which means I can't bend my toe and over the years bone spurs have grown in the joint. The xray looks like I have a Brussels sprout in the joint!. It's from a break I had years ago.
I only have to be in over night,
Just felt I needed a wee bit of sympathy

Toe surgery does sound painful. Best of luck, and hopefully you'll get back to doing stuff you enjoy soon

I keep thinking it's an insignificant little op compered to what other people will be having done in surgery. It's still pretty daunting.
The hardest thing is fasting from midnight last night! I'll be heading to the hospital soon.
