Rotate lot with sculpted terrain

I placed a lot off the gallery that used terrain tools but the lot faced the wrong way, so I tried to use the "Rotate Lot" option but it didn't allow me because of the terrain. The only way to do it was if I bulldozed the terrain and rotated the lot with flat terrain. That really bothered me because I'm not so good with terrain sculpting, so I wanted to download that lot mainly because of the terrain. I would like if the "Rotate Lot" option would rotate the sculpted terrain as well.
