Weird occurrances with dead Sims.

In some of my recent saves, my Sims have been ending up with headstones in their inventory. For example, in one save where Claire Bjergsen died my Sim ended up with her headstone in household inventory. And in my current save, my artist Sim Rob Boss went into household inventory to get some of his career rewards and found two headstones: Justin Delgado and another Sim from a family I added to the game. I don't know if it's mod related (maybe something in MCCC) but it's quite strange. (My Sim was friends with Bjorn so I gave him the headstone as a gift; in my current save I built a small cemetary with a mausoleum so I can put all the gravestones underground (got room for plenty down there) where they'll turn into urns.

Has anyone else experienced this? Or are my Sims living the "weirder stories" dream?

That is a setting from a mod, but I don't recall which one it is. If you figure it out I would love to know, because I want to set this up to happen to my sims.
