Why can't my sim play this tune on piano?

https://youtu.be/J24mHA6NjW8This guy is the npc pianist in prosperous room lounge. Looks like he earns money from singing in the morning, then works as a pianist in the afternoon. My sim has learned every piano books at the bookstore and mastered the piano skill but I have never seen my sim plays this tune. Also there are some other tunes more I can listen only from the npc pianists. Is there any some specific songs only the npc pianist can play?
