If you really want to go crazy, EVOL_EVOLVED's "Expanded Facial Sliders" is a lot of fun, but it will make pretty much everyone look like a freak until you go in and edit them by hand.

You can't already do that through regular CAS editing?
Yeah, I was going to say the same thing - I think we can already do that? But maybe I'm misunderstanding what the OP wants to do.
Oh I can, but I want to move the mouth up even further. Currently I get those red areas around it which means it can't be moved up any more.
