Need some help with custom roads in CAW

So I've been working on trying to make a world for myself in CAW and I'm trying to lay down some custom roads but the textures aren't wanting to work properly, they just kinda blend together on the roads even though they work fine on the intersections. I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing wrong and am kinda at a stand still in working on things cause I wanting to get the roads down before I place to many lots down.

Those are some screen shots of what's going on with the roads. Hopefully someone can help me figure out whats going on with this.

I believe you need "street detail". If you don't want the lines you need to find a transparent texture (I guess it's called that?). I can't seem to find one at the moment but will update if I can find one.
It kind of looks like you have corner in the sidewalk normal map. Can't tell from the screens what you have in those spots. You need to go all the way to the end of the file name so it shows.

Here is a tutorial for roads. Hope this helps. http://ts3cc.canadian-forum.com/t1456-caw-custom-roads-tutorial-by-richdre-bmc

I was able to get some of the textures working after reading through those. Thanks for the help!

You can look at EA's roads- they road type expands to see what is listed under the roads sections. Then you can make sure to have what EA uses in some unknown situations. :)
