Is there a mod for a 24h clock?

Im from europe and according to my registry the game is set to en_US. As far as I gathered if I set it to a european language I would get a 24 hour clock. The problem is I dont want a non-english language. Since there is no british english language "option" my only alternative is a mod. Unless there is a cheat to make the clock use an accurate time concept.

Is there any way to get a 24h clock?
