Sulani Hime makeover is a very lovely island beach home! @Taoron The exterior design and furnishing of the interior is very nice! I have posted about it on your showcase thread.
@taoron Very cute! I've been to a few cafes IRL and they're often quite modern. This is very charming. Beautiful landscaping outside, very structured, which works with the architecture..
Very lovely Cat Cafe! @Taoron Very nice exterior design, front entrance columns, upper balcony sitting area, and the landscaping work with the hedging and flowers is very lovely! Very warm, homely and welcoming furnishing of the interior! The floral wallpaper is pretty and the cat wallart looks very great through the cafe areas! It looks very nice the way the dining tables and chairs have been set up for Sims to dine at, and the rugs under them and the patterning on the chairs are homely and warming. The cat themed items for cats to use looks great! The cats statues are a nice touch.
Sims will enjoy having drinks and dining there, and cats will like using the items that are especially there for them to use
Very lovely Tudor Duplex family home! @Taoron Very nice exterior design, roofing, and outdoors dining and bar balconies. The furnishing of the interiors and the open plan layout of the living areas of both of the homes is very nice. Very nice blue and white colour scheme. The fireplace living area is very nice for Sims to relax on the sofas and armchairs near the fire and enjoy watching tv.
It is a very nice duplex build.
Modern Mansion Tsc4 Chall is a lovely mansion home! @shoosha_4real Very great exterior design, windows, and the front roof topped outdoors stairs patio levels look great! Very nice interior layout!
I designed and built these three Craftsman type Homes, for The Three Little Pigs. One home is built of Straw, one of Sticks and one of Bricks. Other than the buiulding materials and colors used, the build is the same for each, with the lower lvel containing a 1 Car Garage, Laundry and Guest Bed and Bath. The upper lvel contains the Living Quarters, Kitchen, Meal Seating area and Master Suite.
There is a rear Patio with a grilling area, as well as a front balcony with seating on each home.
Straw, Sticks & Bricks is a very creatively designed build! @taoron It is great that it is based on the three little pigs, and that each craftsman home uses a different material! The different coloured pigs statues out the front of the homes look great! Very nice exterior design of each of the homes, and the interior furnishings and layout are very nice! It looks great way that each home is furnished the same but with the different materials they all look very uniquely great! The pig and orange wallart look great in the homes!
It is a very nice whimsical build!

Frat/Sorority House is a very great home for students! @Taoron Very nice exterior design, and the interior layout and furnishings are so very great and detailed! Many sim students can enjoy living there whilst studying! There are many activities for Sims to do there! You have designed each room so very well! The movie theatre looks great! Very nice dining room with the long rows of tables and chairs. It is great there is a gym for students to use the equipment to keep fit. They will enjoy playing games, having a drink from the bar and watching tv in the sitting room to relax after studies. Very nice study room with the row of computer study desks and bookcases for Sims to sit and do their studies on the computers. Very lovely library! The walls of bookcases looks great! There are so many bedrooms! They look great!
It is a very nice students home!
@Taoron WW that sorority/frat house is incredible! Will we be able to have that many students occupying a university lot?? This is such an intense build I love it! It feels so real
THank you @rosemow & @storyy I honestly don't know. I get an idea in my head and run with it.
I probably should have done snaller dorm houses, but....this happened. LOL With a certain mod/script and enough memory in your pc, I'm sure you could have a good number of people on the lot. I've had 12 in a household before and when having a party, upwards of 20 or more people. My PC dragged hard, with 16GB and an 8 year old GPU, but it's was still playable. I'm sure someone with a beefier, newer system could have that many living the playing there at all times with a good number of visitors coming in and out, with no real issue.
60 beds is out of control, but I wanted to make the room sizes realistic and not break it into massive rooms, in order to lower the bed count. That always drives me nuts, when I see it. As it is, my room sizes are abnormal for a dorm, which on average are around 8' x 12' for 2 occupants. (roughly 3 squares by 4 squares in game)
Whatever the case @Taoron, it's so lovely! Even if I can't use all 60 beds I will still use this build lol! The empty beds just belong to all the REALLY hard working students that almost never come home
I built this for a Challenge on one of the Sims 4 Facebook Groups.
'Mountain Retreat' is a 4 Bedroom/5 Bath Mountain Home. 3 Of the bedrooms have ensuites (2 could be considered Master Suites) and one is a 3 bed bunkroom.
The Main Level is raised up on a 15' hill. The Center of the home is an Open Floor Plan with Cathedral ceilings spanning 2 levels with raw beams spanning the entire length. It features a Kitchen, Dining and Living Room with a Fireplace, and Full Windows overlooking the large rear patio. Both of the Master Bedrooms are on this level. There is also a large deck spanning the full width of the level, in the rear, overlooking the patio, with seating, a fireplace and a small bar.
The lower level is sunken unto the hill with a full rear exposure, with full windows looking onto the patio. The center of this level contains the recroom with gaming, a large TV and a Bar. There is also a laundry, mech room/storage and the other bedroom suite and bunk room.
The patio is surrounded by a short stone wall. There is a pool, a BBQ area and a fire pit, with plenty of room to add more patio stuff ( I do not own all of the packs) and plenty of room for large parties.

Inspired by a Scandinavian family I saw once, who did this to their home, so that could garden all year long, I had to wrap this 3 Bed/2 Bath Cabin in a Greenhouse.
The Greenhouse house looks very great! @Taoron It is such a very creative build! The cabin looks very great in the glass greenhouse! Very nice wraparound porch! The gardening boxes on the ground level and on the porch are great for Sims to enjoy gardening indoors but also outside their home. Sims will enjoy dining outdoors at the tables on the porch, and the candles are pretty.Very nice wooden flooring and walls throughout the home. The upper patio balcony outdoors living siting area is very nice!Very nice warm and homely furnishing of the interior! The colour schemes of the bedrooms are very nice. It is great that there are double closets in the master bedroom Very nice dining area nook with the wooden table and chairs.
It is a lovely and creatively designed home!

The Tudor Duplex is amazing! Now, what we need is a housemate system so that we could have 2 families living in the same lot.
Thank you, @xamira99 !
There is a Mod that allows for that.
I always forget that I can come to this site and post my builds. I'm hoping it will help get me over the top with followers and downloads.
