I merged your post with the current thread on your issue cause that's what helps QA the most. It's having all info in one place instead all over.
There's a lot of tips in the first post of that thread and I'm not sure if you overlooked but I would appreciate it if you could provide all the information that has been asked in the first post as well.
Bugs usually have the nature that not much can be done but occasionally workarounds are posted. No amount of troubleshooting will get rid of them so thats why I don't comment on established bugs. Nevertheless every info on them is helpful. No post in the bug forum will get ignored but I can't acknowledge all of them cause you know .. I do this in my spare time. If the bug is open (check the tags for that). I won't comment unless I actually have something to say.
All bugs added to the compiled lists have been forwarded to QA and are looked into. Some take longer and unfortunately, they usually don't give ETA on when something will get fixed.
Your reports are read and heard though and prioritized by severity and amount of people affected. I'm aware that it's a slow process and can be frustrating (it's frustrating for me too) but I'm really doing my best to keep everything organized.
@crinrict I think you do the best you can do, you always are accommodating as best as you can! Somethings are obviously out of your control. I guess when you try to rationalize the issues at hand, it's hard to get my head around unleashing more things to the game when other things have not been fixed for a long time.(I started the Sims 4 long after many things were already released and never played the Sims 3, but the Sims 2 was amazing!!!)
So when I purchased upgrades to my game, they had been around for a while and still have bugs that I wasn't aware of until after I purchased them I'm watching you tubers having the same issues I am having now and they have to use mods to have a decent game play..something there is not right. They have gaming computers, high-tech, and yet they are running into issues. I think anyone that saw so many issues would understand why so many are frustrated.

Here's the thread again: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/COLLECTION-THREAD-Autonomy-and-Simulation-Lag-Seasons-Patch/m-p/7017329#M71853
This is an ongoing issue and the more info the team has, the better.
Also, you don't need to read to 116 pages of issues. There's actually an index with the current ones here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/READ-FIRST-Compiled-list-of-reported-Gameplay-Issues/td-p/3445209/: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/READ-FIRST-Compiled-List-of-Build-Buy-Issues/td-p/6448814/ and if you don't find your issue, open a new thread.

If you need troubleshooting help, it's better to use the tech forum at AHQ: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues-PC/bd-p/The-Sims-4 which isn't just for techy tech issues but also for other problems you need help with.
I've also written guides to help you find your way: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Game-Information/Welcome-to-the-Sims-Section-of-AHQ/td-p/6931624/ and for the bug forum here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/INFORMATION-How-does-this-forum-work/td-p/3445107/

It it a getting used too but please try to read the information provided and if you have questions, feel free to ask them. I've set up a thread for that here: https://forums.thesims.com/en_US/discussion/946852/questions-problems-posting-at-answers-hq-ahq#latest
Please do not send me PMs/post on my wall if you're looking for help. I can't attend to those. You can find me at AnswerHQ.

I agree, you did well it took me longer and I have reported something before. It's almost as if it is set up to deter people from posting.
