Sim Can’t Take Pregnancy Test

My sims (who is a vampire) tried for baby with her butler at least 4 times and every time, the option to Take Pregnancy Test does not become available. Ive tried even travelling back home for her to try. I think she’s pregnant because there’s now an option to Throw Up every time I select the toilet. But I want her to take the pregnancy test to speed things along. I’ve added new toilets and nothing.

If you have cc/mods in your game, move your whole mods folder to the desktop. Then start the game and see if the option appears.
