Club Membership Rules Bug

@SimGuruModSquad There is a bug in the club memberships: If a custom trait (or skill) is added as a club membership requirement and the mod which adds that trait or skill is removed from the player's game, then the club will eject all it's members and become unmodifiable. Any attempt (*) to modify the club membership rules or even remove the club completely will hang the game.

(*) - Any attempt outside of writing a custom script to patch the club membership rules that is.
