I found these patterns on various instagram accounts, which belongs to professional patterns creators. I screenshoted them and fit in CAP. I always mention artists names (if it's known) and give info where to find them. However, I don't put links in descriptions, because I don't know if it will appear on the exchange.
I think enjoying these patterns in game it's great way to appreciate pattern creators and their work. It's also great way to promote their creations.
I try to select seamless patterns from instagram. And these which can be fit in square in CAP without much stretching.
Most patterns in my studio are seamless. I especially recommend patterns by Janine Lecour, Teresa Chan, Elmira Amirova, Aline Pellegrini, Natalia Smirnova, Kate Vess, Katya Rozz, and Matthew Tindal.
Their patterns begins with following phrases in my studio:
janinelecour, teresa.chan.graphics, elmiraamirova, aapellegrini, themishaart, masonaraprints, katya.rozz, matthew_tindal.
But also check out others, they are great too!

One of my favorite black character in RH is Donia Spinelli, based on real person - Juanita Spinelli, who was a gangster.
I find, that name "Donia" sounds absurdly. I often confuse it with "Sonia". I'm considering changing her name to "Sonia".
Her expensive and big apartment is very dark, almost all here is black. There is no such a crazy patterns like in other houses in RH. It's very elegant, so I feel a little pain by changin it. It's my favorite interior in this town. How it looks oryginally:
Bellow some of my recent patterns.

Thanks for watching.
Sorry if something is written weird. English isn't my first language.
Which numbers you like the most?
I used photos from instagram of spanish craftsmen business. They created such a beautiful tiles, that I had to make patterns their photos. I was mesmerized. Link to this instagram account is at the end of this post, and in description of every pattern.
There are a few styles of tiles. Some seems to be italian, other seems to be spanish, other arabic, etc. There are even modern and abstract too.
You can see some of it bellow. Links under every pic.
β yellow tiles β blue tiles β
This yellow-black sets are perfect for art deco interiors, especially for corridors.
β wall - top β wall - bottom β floor - middle β floor - edge β
β wall - top β wall - bottom β floor - middle β floor - edge β
β wall - top β wall - bottom β floor β
Bellow some more italianish variants.
β wall β floor - middle β floor - edge β
β wall - top & bottom β wall -middle β floor - middle β floor - edge β
β wall β floor - middle β floor - edge β
And here it's mixed things.
β wall - top β wall - bottom β floor - middle β floor - edge β
β wall - top & bottom β wall -middle β floor - middle β floor - edge β
β wall - top & bottom β wall -middle β floor - middle β floor - edge β
Generally, I recommend to use not many variants together. It looks well if you combine simpler tiles with more ornamental. If you use very ornamental tiles on whole floor it's not gonna look well. The best effect is if you put ornamental tiles at the edge of simpler tiles or at the edge of swimming pool for example. You can use it also in kitchens, bathrooms, corridors, balconies, patios, art studios, churches, chapels, and much more.
Number 17 & 48 are the same. Oops.

So... there's a house I redecorated a half year back. It's house built in Vargfjell, world by @Quailhogs . I was playing Ensomhet family living oryginally in this house -
but due to too little space and routing problems around this lot, I decided to move them near centre, to have closer way to πΈπΈπΈπΈ wagon where they work.
These are before. From outside nothing really changed.
Bellow you can see results of remake. I know it's too candy and don't fit town climat, but I needed more colors.
Next floor -
pets jungle
nothing special in bathroom
master bedroom
garden
bonus pic
I used three patterns in this house (thread title, da)
All patterns are used on wallpapers in different rooms.
This in bedroom, this in kitchen, and this in pets room.
House to download here.
Custom patterns don't appear on walls, so if you want what's on pictures, you have to download them separately and put them on wall in CASt by yourself. House looks a little bit different than in pics, cause I was playing to the moment when all family members died, so a few things could be added, especially in cemetery in front of lot.
I've made around 70 patterns in february, I've send them in november and december on exchange, and I've got a few pictures to present them. Links are under every screenshot. All are seamless, only one channel to recolor (as a whole).

PS: Also sorry, if I don't accept someone's invite to friendlist on thesims3.com. I've got a lot of old invites waiting there and I don't want to go through all of it. I'm rarely active on mypage and doesn't really see any more sense in this friendlist nonsense. Sometimes I accept some people, but empty accounts or new ones make me feel anxious and it's quite creep me out. So don't feel angry and don't take it personal if I won't accept you. I just prefer interacting on forum or on tumblr.
