I downloaded Sims 4, along with extension packs from my Origin account to my new laptop, installing it to the
drive as my C: drive is significantly too small for all of my sims. From previous experience, I already know what my files are supposed to look like, and well, it didn't look like this on my older laptop?
If someone could help me out on why this happened? Is it normal? Or do I need to change anything?
Please help, thanks!

The program files look normal..
Your save game files, tray folder where the files of your library creations are held, your mods folder, etc are located in the Sims 4 folder a different area of the computer. You will find them in
Documents-Electronic Arts -Sims 4 folder
You could make a copy of your sims 4 folder on your old computer that is in Documents > Electronic Arts > ( then The Sims 4 folder is there ) and place it on an external drive.
Then replace the saves, tray, mods, custom music and screenshots folders that are in the new sims 4 folder with the same folders that are in the sims 4 folder on your external drive, and you will then have your old save games and creations etc on your new computer
