Any mods that makes the thermostat work like an actual thermostat?

See headline. Bonus is if it fixes the ridiculous bills.
What I mean is that the "thermostat" as it is set in the game, is not a thermostat and has nothing in common with how a thermostat works. It's just a turn dial to increase or decrease the heat.
An ACTUAL thermostat monitors the temperature and compensates autmatically. So you set it to say "22C" and if it goes below that, or above that it automatically compensates.
