Be notified when someone quotes your comment

One common occurrence I've noticed is someone will write a comment, then someone else will quote and respond to that person, but the original poster is not notified that the quote is made. Therefore the original poster never receives the response that was written. This happens to me all the time. I know we can do that 'at' symbol, and I've been trying to do that so people can read my response, but it seems redundant to quote then do the at thing.

I'm suggesting that we get notified when someone quotes your comment. Share your ideas and tell me what you think.

I think sometime like this was discussed in this thread as well as a reply from EA_Mage.
