Mouse starts to lag and goes crazy in TS4

So. I contacted EA few times, most of them suggested me to ask for help here.
I have weird bug, in TS4. This happened before too but not that often, now I face this every time I open game. Randomly while playing my mouse just get crazy, if I click on something interactive, my mouse just start to lags, like having 2fps... Also that happens while rotating camera it just rotate 360 in very small move. Mouse is working okay while doing stuff on PC. I had this issue on Windows 7 and it didnt happen every time, now I switched to Windows 10 and it happen always! Also minimizing game and going back makes this issue too.
I've tried: updating graphic driver, updating Windows, reinstalling game, repairing game, sending DxDiag to EA (if someone wants, I can send again). Also I changed mouse, didn't help.
I hope someone will help, thanks in advance.

Try using sims 3 mode for the camera and see if that helps.
Test to see if playing in windowed mode or windowed full screen mode helps.
Try lowering your graphics settings and see if that helps the issues.
Try turning off origin in-game and see if that helps. To do that, go to Game Library in Origin . Right click on The Sims 4 picture. Click on “Game Properties”. Then untick the box that enables origin in-game

If you haven’t already tried this, try playing in windowed mode or windowed full screen mode and see if that helps
Try altering your graphics settings. Make sure that your graphics drivers are uptodate

I'm gonna contact EA live chat support to see if they can help with Origin. I'll update you if they can fix.

I have same problem. Closing Origin didn't fixed problem.
First of all problem was visible when playing on community gellery estates but when i made my on houses problem didnt occur
Next problem appeared when repainting larger houses but still made by me.
And finally even the smallest houses made by GAME had this bug.

If closing Origin didn't fix your issue. I can suggest you what EA said to me:
-Try windowed mode
-See if you meet minimum system requirements for the game
-Repair game
-Reinstall game
-Try different save game/new family
-Try to give High CPU priority to the game in Task Manager
-Turn off Firewall and Antivirus
Im out of ideas.
You might need to check the mouse setting in the games menu whether the hide mouse pointer is checked or not.
You may also uncheck the option to hide the mouse pointer while typing.
To uncheck hide mouse pointer while typing
1. Go to Control Panel.
2. Select Hardware and Sound
3. Under Devices and Printer click on Mouse (might differ in other Windows versions)
4. Go to the Pointer Options tab
5. Uncheck ‘Hide pointer while typing’ and check if that works fine now.
6. Also uncheck Display pointer trails in the same tab
Now check if that works fine in the game.

If you haven’t already done this, try unplugging then re pluggung the mouse,
Try testing with another mouse and see if the same thing is occuring.

That really seems like my problem. I've also tried that. Are you sure that closing Origin didn't help? Just let the time goes in game (on 1) and minimaze the game, close Origin and go back and try.

Try testing in windowed, and windowed full screen mode, and see if those modes may help when playing the Sims 4 game.

Devs said that the problem ocurrs when player want to place wallpapers in rooms that have roofs. I tested it and its true. Bigger the room bigger the lag.
Yeah, I saw they fixed it. Is your game updated? And it only happens when you paint?

Go to Documents-Electronic Arts -Sims 4 folder . Then there is a file called “Game.Version.txt” in the main section of the folder. Open that text file, and it will say the current game version.
