Seasons "Filthy Surroundings" Fireplace bug?

Hi everyone, I'm experiencing what I believe is a weird bug in my game since downloading Seasons. My sim with the Neat trait kept getting "Uncomfortable +3 Filthy Surroundings" around various locations in the house, and I couldn't figure out what it was. Well, today I finally realized she only gets it in rooms with a fireplace and tried removing the fireplace from the room when she had the buff and it went away instantly. I placed it back and it returned. So I'm thinking Seasons has caused a bug for Neat sims with the fireplace. Is this a known bug already or am I the only one experiencing this?

This is a known issue
It is when a fireplace is upgraded for autolight, and the fire goes out. It affects sims with the neat trait.

Ah. Is there anything I can do to prevent this then? My fireplaces have autolight so I'm not sure what to do.
