Both Wishes and
Candy Apple are updated.

edit: Candy Apple has not yet been updated, sorry
Now you can filter your Sim's clothing by Hot Weather and Cold Weather!
Once you have downloaded Sims 4 Studio (membership is required but, free) choose
My CC from the main page. A new window will open and your CC will be listed on the left. Choose the file you wish to edit and on the right side of the screen a new menu will appear, you will want to scroll down until you see
Outfit Type; next click in the checkbox for the filter you would like to apply. Then choose
Apply to all swatches,
Yes;
Okay; lastly, at the bottom of the page you will want to click on the big green
Save button and then
Okay
This is also how you edit Toddler CC Swimsuits so that they will show up under swimsuits in your game.
Happy Simming
Note: Only the files you choose to change will be affected. Every time you add old CC that was made prior to Seasons, you will need to change the filter if you want it to apply.
There is not a batch fix for the hot/cold filters because it is not a one size fits all fix. It is a personal preference.
@Reksoh did a great tutorial with pictures:

I would try removing the program and re-installing it.
You may want to go to the Sims 4 Studio Forum and look in the Custom Content Management Tutorials section, they have a thread called "How to Merge Packages Using Sims 4 Studio. http://sims4studio.com/thread/402/merge-packages-using-sims-studio
