Gif Signatures..

I would really like to have a gif signature but for the life of me I can't get it to work - I've tried looking for other discussions or popping it on my activity feed but I can't click into the forum links I have been given..

So I was hoping someone could help so all I need is to cut and paste what someone comments to do it -
My hopes were a gif of Jason Momoa in the water (Aquaman)... I have a link, I just can't get it to work or set up how everyone else has it
