The way the traps are set out, I think we need to all switch places.

Iris and meredith: bottom right switch going through the orange door again.
Freya and Ethan: bottom left
Euphelia and Kiki: top middle.

I'm not really sure though, I think Ice and Lucas need to go to the computer in the room they're in.

Oh, I get it now. Lucas and Oliver are the only people who can access the cyan switch so that Iris and Meredith can grab the artifact.

Lucas and Oliver first need to go back to the main hallway by having the cyan and then the magenta doors open. Once they're free, the orange door needs to be opened for them so that they can step on the cyan switch

Meredith/Iris needs to activate the cyan switch to first let Oliver/Lucas out

And then Meredith/Iris and Phia/Kiki return to the pink switch followed by Oliver/Lucas returning to the central corridor.

Next, Meredith/Iris and Phia/Kiki would need to activate the orange switch located at top left and top right corner respective in order to open the orange door so that Oliver/Lucas have access to the cyan switch.

Meredith/Iris grab the artefact from the bottom-left corner.
