Nah, and I could understand why. You should use it to understand your subject better, but just copying everything from there is a no-go. In the Netherlands there's also scholieren.com, which has a lot of book summaries. The site even has a warning against copying.
Afaik it's harder to switch studies in here, because it's more specialised. It's possible, but you got to have good reasons to convince the college.
