Odd error message popped up when writing a reply

This strange message just popped up when I was writing a reply and before I even hit the post comment button:



It showed my IP address as well which I have censored. I think that I have seen this once or twice before. What is it?

We have been seeing some intermittent loading/display issues and they are being investigated.

A refresh of the page should clear the error.

I've been having pages not loading correctly recently and even had them taking forever to load at times in the past few days.It's causing me to fall behind in threads I'm usually posting in almost every day.I've used an extension to realod without using my browser's cache and it can help though the page might take a while to reload that way.
