I have downloaded one of the mods from there and it doesn't seem to be working. I did everything the instructions said. Any suggestions. It was Master Controller that i got.

Mods are package based content and require a Framework to be installed first. Do you have other mods or package based content in play and are they working properly?

If so, after adding in the one package file (unzipped) for MasterController to Mods\Packages, have you cleared (deleted) the scriptCache.package file from the top level of your TS3 user game folder? And how do you know that MC is not working, are there no NRaas menus appearing on City Hall, sims or lots after the attempted install?

Thanks for the info. I have it installed but.... now i have to understand how it works I am doing a lot of reading.

The nice thing about starting out with MasterController in particualr is that the mod doesn't actually do anything on its own other than provide the player-directed menus of commands on City Hall, sims, lots (and in-game computers). It's not required to learn about every single command all at once, some commands I am sure many players will never use as we all have different needs, playstyles, and expectations. Gameplay will not change just by virtue of having MC installed.
