      Arepa is a typical cornbread from Venezuela and the caribbean coast of Colombia.

      Well....embarrassing, but I had a microwaveable mac n cheese cup. I'm an adult. I can do what I want.

      Nothing wrong with that! Mac and Cheese has been around since 14th century (as a "cheese and pasta casserole") in Italian cookbook, featured Parmesan cheese.


      The first MODERN recipe of Macaroni and cheese appeared in 1769, with Cheddar cheese.


      The first PACKAGE version (like you had) appeared in 1937 !

      That's just a little history of our favorite meal (I love the mac too)! 😁
