Now that I'm thinking about this, I think I ate a dark chocolate oat bar before going sleep. I just woke up so I'll go to kitchen and make some breakfast.
Cereal with milk. I always use a mix of cereal crispies and oatmeal, in an effort to eat less unhealthy.. can't tell if it works, but at least I'm full for longer! :D
Eating right now.
Some kind of spicy vegetable mix of tomatoes, green peppers, onion, and mango, plus a side of Avocado mix, on whole wheat crackers.
And I have some California Roll sushi. I am also drinking watered down pomegranate juice.
Aglio Olio made with spinach pasta noodles with some cheese on top of it, satay chicken, seitan and a healthy kale coleslaw made with Greek Yogurt, ACV and monk fruit sweetener.
