      If it helps any, I think about how even if a person denies themselves all indulgences all the time, they still won't live forever (but it may feel like it 😑) and we get bellies and wrinkles anyway, so may as well get smile wrinkles rather than frown ones. 😄

      I'm having a coke zero right now cuz I forgot to refill my water bottle to work. 😅 I think later for lunch I might buy a bottle of zero sugar iced lemon tea. 😂

      A chicken roll from the pizzeria. Chicken, tomato sauce, mozzarella baked in dough that thankfully wasn't burnt this time lol. So so so good.
