Lemon and ginger tea, steeped until it was spicy hot, to settle my stomach. Not sure whether eating or fasting would help me get through this covid better, but nausea makes me think fasting for now is better.

@ignominiusrex You need to eat to help your body fight the disease. A boiled egg or a small piece of boiled meat won't stuff you but will provide good energy. Also, drink lots of water if you can.
Took me all afternoon to make but was worth the extra effort! Half of a Chicken breast flattened and coated with seasoning then crumbed with an Italian herb, parmesan and breadcrumb mix that I make up; grilled with a side of grilled capsicum, mushrooms and a light creamy gravy. Rehab is obviously still helping me improve - could not have cooked that meal this time last year!
@brizgal 🐸🐸🐸🐸! you can cook for me anytime! Your meal sounds really awesome while I'm just having a couple of chocolate chip cookies to tide me over until lunch.
@luvdasims55 Would love to. I miss having people (esp my kids, family and friends) around to cook for. It does take me a lot longer to achieve anything since the injury, but I am starting to try again now that I am getting the sense of taste and smell back. It's also safer to use sharp knives now that I have more control over my arms again.
